Booked the hotel for its great and amazing location next to the beach and Shanklin Chine as well as the garden in the sun. Restaurant Sail 'n' Surf Cafe located 1 km away was a nice surprise. Choose single room with all the basics taken care of ~ clean comfortable bedding❤😃

Great value with a cute touch
The heated outdoor pool was a fantastic highlight, and the breakfast offered a nice variety of fresh options, setting us up for the day. The staff were attentive. The curtains in our room didn't block out much light, which affected our sleep quality in the early mornings.

We loved the pool and the delicious breakfasts, especially the coffee! The friendly welcome with cream tea on arrival was a lovely touch. The room was spacious enough for my family, including our three teenagers.
My wife says that the bathroom could use a few more amenities for families with kids.

Lovely stay with cute staff!
I really enjoyed my stay! The staff were super friendly, and the cream tea was a hit after a long trip. Breakfast was spot on, and I appreciated not having to ask for drinks. The place was clean and cozy. One thing, the WiFi could be a bit better, though. Still close to the beach and shops, so all good!

Location is super close to the beach n shops, felt safe n fairly quite. Loved the heated outdoor pool, it was so relaxin. Breakfast was delish, especially the coffee served by susie! Jill gave us a really warm welcome with tea n scones, felt just like home!
